About the Foundation
Welcome to the H&C Foundation! We are a nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to building small hospitals in rural areas of Pakistan and beyond. Our inaugural project, the Malik Hameed Ullah Memorial Hospital, is located 56 miles west of Islamabad, in Village Rangli, Tehsil Jund.
Our Mission and Vision
Our mission is to build non-profit charitable hospitals at locations that are underserved with no or minimal access to healthcare. Our vision is to make a difference (where we can); create a future where medical treatment is accessible to all, without any economic restraints. Join us in our mission to make healthcare a basic human right.

Our Story

Founded in 2018, our story is one of humanity driven by compassion, sympathy, and humility. Inspired by her father’s philanthropic work, Dr. Robina Niazi saw firsthand the pressing needs in her village—where young children went untreated, minor injuries led to fatal outcomes, symptoms were overlooked, newborns missed vital immunizations, mortality rates were high, and dental hygiene was poor. These challenges remain as significant today as they were then.
Determined to make a difference, Dr. Niazi expanded her efforts, rallying her family to help establish this foundation. Since 2018, we’ve grown under the guidance of a board of eight advisors, turning this vision into a reality. Our first major project, the Malik Hameed Ullah Memorial Trust Hospital, is named in honor of Dr. Niazi’s father and represents the heart of our mission to bring healthcare and hope to those in need.
